Radishes are supposed to be harvested before a months time. What went wrong? Prior to this harvest I pulled 1 edible cherry radish. The rest were small, really just taproots, and definitely not cherry red. The greens were enormous so I went ahead and trimmed them down about a week or so ago, which apparently helped some. Considering I planted these the same date as my peas and lettuce and carrot seeds, and I was eating French breakfast radishes a month ago, this harvest is puzzling. But I had to make room for the cukes.
